How North American universities are ranked

University rankings are lists of the best worldwide, Canadian or American universities and colleges based on a wide variety of criteria. In addition to overall university rankings there are also rankings of academic programs and departments.

Instead, North American university rankings are compiled by magazine, newspaper, and book publishers. The method of determining top universities varies from publication to publication. The rankings are a helpful starting point, but they can be very subjective and should not be your only consideration when choosing the best university for you.

Any Canadian colleges with distance learning?

by -

I should say ones that don't charge five times as much for non-Canadians.
I'm in California (U.S. citizen) working in HR. I'd like to take some Canadian HR classes to familiarize myself with their benefit systems and employment law with online classes to increase my chances of finding employment in Canada.
I'm having trouble finding online classes that aren't the "University of Phoenix" type places. I'd prefer a physical university/college with distance-learning options.
